Customer Service and Shipping Policy
Email confirmations
You will receive an email confirmation after reception of your order
and
another email after we have shipped your item that contains the
following:
- shipping date
- estimated arrival time
- included items
- received payments
Shipping times
Handling takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times:
- 2-5 business days (USA)
- 4-7 business days (Europe)
- 5-9 business days (World)
Availability
We sell thru many channels like Amazon.com, our own website, and
our print catalog. An item ordered remains orderable on all other
websites until it leaves our warehouse. This may take 3-5 days.
Orders we cannot fill cause additional workload to us, so it is
our interest to minimize these. We would just love to have that
perfect system to prevented such cases.
If the unlikely event of unavailability causes disappointment to
you, please bare in mind we did everything possible to prevent it
and think it is fair not to leave negative feedback on Amazon.com
or eBay for unavailability reasons.
Order status
Your order status, shipping date, arrival time and more can easily
be found in our TOTAL RECALL confirmation emails (not to be confused
with emails from Amazon.com or eBay).
Please contact us...
- If you did not get our order confirmation within 3-5 business
days after placing the order on the Amazon.com or eBay websites.
- If you did not get our shipping confirmation within 3-5 business
days after receiving our order confirmation.
- If you did not receive your package within 30 days after the
shipping date named in our shipping confirmation.
Please kindly refrain from contacting us for these issues any earlier.
Most issues clear within the above timeframes.
Prices / Shipping costs
The prices and shipping costs for orders thru Amazon.com and eBay
are different from the ones valid for orders thru our own or other
websites.
The buyer agrees to the prices and costs as seen at time of order.
Why? We want to make our processing as smooth as possible. Both
sides should stick to the agreement made when the order was placed.
Any changes to an order cause significant administrative efforts
that are not covered by this agreement.
Multiple item orders
We may combine single item purchases for shipment in one package
at our own discretion, but we will not refund any shipping costs
for orders shipped in one package.
Why? We want to make our processing as smooth as possible. Both
sides should stick to the agreement made when the order was placed.
Refunds cause significant administrative efforts that are not covered
by this agreement.
Complaints / Returns / Cancellation
Any return must be announced by buyer and authorized by us before
shipping back. Return costs are always paid by buyer regardless
of return reason. Buyer may use cheapest shipping method. If we
are are responsible for a complaint reason (eg. false delivery,
bad quality...), we will either send a replacement copy or issue
a full refund. If buyer is responsible for a return (eg. false order,
change of mind/taste...), we will refund item price and deduct a
5 USD / 3 GBP fee per item returned.
If the buyer cancels one order not already shipped, we will refund
the full item price, but will keep the shipping costs as a compensation
for our inconveniences. Why? We want to make our processing as smooth
as possible. Both sides should stick to the agreement made when
the order was placed. Cancellations cause significant administrative
efforts that are not covered by this agreement.
Payment Processing / Refunds
Payments are collected by Amazon.com, eBay, and our website prior
to and independent from our processing of the order. Typically,
you will be charged before the arrival of goods. Charges are initiated
at time of purchase, refunds are initiated manually by us within
1 week after refund became necessary. We are not responsible and
have no control over payment or refund processing times. Your patience
is greatly appreciated here.
